It’s wonderful to read that the project has started! All the best to you in your endeavor and Truckee will be much more enjoyable and marketable due to your hard work. How is this very large development going to add to the charm and history of downtown Truckee?
We are a small town and I find this modern development much too large and not in keeping with the charm and size of the existing downtown Truckee (Comerical Row). I think the Town of Truckee should be more considerate of the size of this development. It certainly will not add to the town if you have a large group of retail spaces sitting there empty.
